Club Programs

Starting every Saturday as of Nov. 7th 2015 from 9am to 10am.

Class Description: Our KidFit class is designed for kids ages 8 to 12. During the class, our goal for your child is to have fun in a safe environment! The class size is keep small so each child within the class receives the proper instruction and form for each exercise and activity. Whether they are going through obstacle courses, learning and performing the FUNdamentals of core training, they will be taught the basic of health and fitness and all that comes along with it! All the things a child should learn about fitness will be included in these classes including healthy nutrition tips, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. These classes are 60 minutes and are designed to keep the kids moving, having fun and of course getting their “FIT” on.

Time: 9:00-10:00am

Instructor: Scott With-NASM certificated, NYS certified coach, CPR/AED certified, YES (Youth Exercise Specialist) Specialist, over 15 year experience coaching middle and high school athletes.

What to bring to class:  Water or a bottle (water fountain available)  Wear comfortable workout clothes  Sneakers
