Group Classes


Experience innovative and diverse classes led by highly enthusiastic and professional instructors who are extremely motivating and will help you get on your way to achieving your fitness goals. YOGA/PILATES

MAIN PHYSIQUE

A full body workout that will strengthen muscles, increase metabolism and burn fat. Free weights and other exercise accessories used.

EI EXTREME

Interval training using that latest equipment in group fitness including kettle bells, free weights, bosu balls and more!

PEDAL & PUMP

Ultimate interval training to burn fat and increase muscle strength.

ZUMBA

Add some Latin flavor and zest into your life with this fun and easy fat burning class. Dance your body into shape!

PUMP IT UP

Prepare to be taken to the limit in the boot camp style strength training class incorporating strength moves and weights.

SILVER SNEAKERS & EASY FIT

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

BODYBLAST

This heart-pumping class is a taught by a master trainer, full body workout using plyometrics, weights and kettlebells.

POUND 4 POUND

An 8-week weight loss program that meets on Tuesdays or Saturdays for a weigh in, a meeting and a workout. This program is hosted by our own experienced personal trainers. Each week we will provide you with information and support. See front desk to buy the P4P workbook.
